SHIPPING POLICY

At Bambrew, we work to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your orders across India. Please read the shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Non-metro / rest of India: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to location, courier partner constraints, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.
Free shipping may be offered on select orders, cart values, or during promotional campaigns, which will be clearly communicated on the website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on select pincodes only.
We reserve the right to disable COD for certain locations, high-value orders, or customers with repeated order refusals.
A COD convenience fee may be applicable and will be displayed at checkout.

Orders refused at delivery will not be eligible for shipping refunds, and COD access may be restricted for future orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal, the shipment may be returned to us (RTO).
In such cases:
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Additional shipping costs (if re-shipped) may be borne by the customer

Delays Beyond Our Control
Bambrew is not liable for delays caused by:
Courier partner delays
Weather conditions or natural events
Strikes, lockdowns, or regulatory restrictions
